About my practice:

Welcome to my psychotherapy practice, where I specialize in fostering healing through the power of relationships. At the core of my therapeutic philosophy lies the belief that genuine transformation often emerges from the bonds we build. This is why I place great emphasis on the therapeutic alliance, which is at the heart of my practice. Together, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, facilitated by a compassionate connection. Our collaborative efforts will aim to illuminate aspects of our inner world that often elude our conscious awareness. This might involve shedding light on the negative thought patterns that hold us back, unravelling the relational dynamics absorbed in our formative years, or unveiling the myriad influences that operate beneath the surface. Through this process of reflection and exploration, we will work towards making intentional and meaningful changes.

I believe that most individuals seek a sense of meaning in their lives. In our work together, we will strive to co-create a narrative that aligns with your values and aspirations, offering you a more purposeful and fulfilling path forward.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from various modalities to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. This includes elements of psychodynamic and systemic approaches, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Additionally, I incorporate insights from theoretical frameworks such as Existential therapy, mindfulness and humanistic therapy to provide a holistic and effective therapeutic experience.
