About my practice:

I have been privileged to work with people from diverse cultural, spiritual, and economic backgrounds, as well as with a range of sexual and gender identities. I have experience in federal, provincial and university health care settings, in addition to community and private care. I work with a variety of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, loss, illness, disability, trauma, suicidal-risk, parent-child relational issues, couple related issues, culture/sexual/gender identity and transitioning related issues. Furthermore, I have experience with veterans, military, and paramilitary populations.

Our work will be a collaborative endeavour rooted in trust and safety. I work with therapies which draw from and integrate various theoretical models aimed at addressing your needs and presenting issues. Through strength-based and resiliency focused work, my hope is that together we can set goals and explore important intersections in your lives that will facilitate positive change and improve the overall quality of your life.
