About my practice:

My practice comprises a diverse clientele seeking individual or couple therapy. People often turn to therapy to help identify, understand, and address issues that may be emotionally challenging. I offer an environment of emotional safety and non-judgement in which we will co-create a therapeutic relationship based on trust and respect. Building on your strengths, we work collaboratively to understand your needs, clarify your goals, and identify resources and strategies that can help you achieve hoped-for change.

Having spent much of my career working in an acute care, hospital setting, I have accompanied those struggling with illness, whether sudden-onset, chronic or terminal. My areas of experience include, but are not limited to, illness, loss, grief, bereavement, couple challenges, life transitions, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, and stress. I offer an integrative approach, which means that I draw from various evidence-based modalities, as well as humanistic psychology and systems theory, in order to tailor an approach that best suits your needs and goals.
