About my practice:

I am a bilingual psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. My clients present with a range of problems that occur across the lifespan, including but not limited to illness, grief and bereavement, depression, anxiety, couple conflict and family issues. In addition to my clinical work, I am a supervisor for the couple and family therapy program at McGill University.

I view a strong therapeutic relationship as essential to an effective psychotherapy process. I work with my clients to decide what they wish to gain or achieve from our time together, and what approach is most useful to this end. I use an integrative approach and draw from a number of evidence-based interventions such as ACT, the Gottman method, EFT, as well as humanistic psychology and systems theory.
